Director Of Blueprint CO and Behaviour Support Practitioner

Nicola is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings energy, empathy, and real-world experience to every person she supports. Originally from overseas, she began her career working in schools and community programs with children and young people with complex needs, before bringing her expertise to Sydney in 2020. Since then, she’s worked across disability and mental health, helping people build new foundations and rewrite their stories through practical, evidence-based behaviour change. Nicola is known for her straight-talking, compassionate style and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Practice and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Nicola is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with additional training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She’s a professional member of both the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia and Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia, and is recognised for her ability to translate behavioural theory into real-world, person-centred outcomes.

Workplace Wellbeing Officer

Buddy is Blueprint Co’s Chief Happiness Officer, dedicated to boosting team morale and spreading good vibes. With a natural talent for knowing when someone needs a break, Buddy keeps the workplace balanced with regular check-ins, tail wags, and the occasional demand for pats. He takes his role in wellbeing very seriously—especially when snacks are involved.

ABOUT Lissy

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Lissy (Alicia) is a newly graduated clinician with a background in psychology, bringing a strong foundation in human behaviour, mental health, and evidence-based practice. She has also worked across support work and day program coordination, giving her practical experience in supporting individuals with complex needs in both structured and community-based settings.

She combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience, allowing her to build rapport quickly while maintaining a person-centred and strengths-based approach. Lissy is developing her skills in behaviour support practice, with a focus on understanding functional behaviour, supporting emotional regulation, and promoting independence and quality of life for the people she works with.
